Suggested number of coating layers
1-2 layers of airless spraying or 2-3 layers of brush or roll coating, with a dry film thickness of up to 80 μ m
Front supporting paint
H06-4 epoxy zinc rich anti rust paint, E06-1 inorganic zinc silicate anti rust paint, or directly coated on steel surfaces with rust removal quality reaching Sa2.5 level.
Rear supporting paint
Use 842 epoxy cloud iron anti rust paint as the intermediate layer paint, or epoxy type topcoat or polyurethane topcoat.
Construction precautions
The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point
When the ambient temperature is below 5 ℃, outdoor construction is not suitable as the curing reaction between epoxy and curing agent stops
Relative humidity not exceeding 85%
Suitable for use as anti rust primer in steel structures such as ports, docks, heavy machinery, mining machinery, power machinery, water conservancy engineering, as well as steel structures above the waterline of ships.
