Spray twice with a dry film thickness of 100 μ m. Brush and roll coating with 3 layers.
Front supporting paint
H06-4 epoxy zinc rich anti rust paint is used as the primer, 842 epoxy mica iron anti rust paint is used as the intermediate layer paint, or other two-component epoxy anti rust paint.
Construction precautions
The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point
When the substrate temperature is below 5 ℃, the reaction between epoxy and curing agent stops, and outdoor construction is not suitable. If it is necessary to continue construction under conditions that do not meet this requirement, it should be resolved indoors or by using tents, heating surfaces, or forced ventilation and drying with hot air.
Used as a matching topcoat for high-performance coatings on epoxy zinc rich primer and epoxy cloud iron anti rust paint to protect steel structures. It is also used as a high-performance protective coating for steel structures, reinforced concrete surfaces, water tanks, petroleum storage floating roofs, etc. that come into contact with alkaline gases.
