The interior of the gas cabinet is corroded by media such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, and water vapor in the gas; However, due to external corrosion from industrial atmosphere, moisture and other media, as well as exposure to sunlight, appropriate coatings must be used for protection. Due to its large size and inconvenient maintenance, traditional coatings such as alkyd, phenolic, and asphalt are no longer suitable for use in gas cabinets due to their effective anti-corrosion period of only 1-2 years. Therefore, it is advisable to use high-performance and long-lasting heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings with a protective life of 5-10 years. The requirements for steel surface treatment in coating construction have also been correspondingly increased, and the rust removal quality must reach Sa2.5 level.
