Yangcheng Power Plant is composed of two independent legal entities, Yangcheng International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yangdian Phase I) and Datang Yangcheng Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yangdian Phase II). Two companies operate independently and have independent accounting.
