Construction precautions
1. The substrate is clean, dry, free of oil stains and rust, and polished to a rough surface: sand until smooth.
2. Remove all dirt such as oil and dust from the previous paint film. The paint film should be free of acid, alkali, and water condensation. For polyurethane topcoats that have been cured for a long time, they must be sanded with sandpaper before painting.
The coating has good wear resistance, toughness and fullness, bright color, good adhesion, high hardness, superior water resistance, moisture resistance, oil resistance, good acid and alkali resistance, solvent and chemical resistance, and mold resistance. Suitable for surface protection and decoration of steel structures, wood, and concrete products, especially for anti-corrosion coating of instruments and equipment in humid tropical or chemical environments. S04-1 is used outdoors, S04-11 is used indoors.
