Construction precautions
Before use, pour component B into component A, or mix according to the required ratio, mix as much as needed, stir evenly before use, and use up within 6 hours after preparation.
The tools used during construction must be kept dry and clean
The surface to be coated must be cleaned thoroughly, free of moisture and acidity or alkalinity
During the painting and coating process, contact with water, acid, alkali, alcohol, etc. is strictly prohibited. The second component is prone to react with water, alcohol, and other substances. After painting, the remaining container of the second component must be tightly covered to prevent moisture and adhesive damage
In order to fully crosslink and cure the components A and B, the paint can be cured for 30 minutes at a temperature of 25 ℃ before coating. When the temperature is below 25 ℃, the maturation time can be appropriately extended
This paint is not limited by the longest coating interval, and after complete curing, the second coat of topcoat can be applied without sanding with sandpaper
During construction and drying curing, the relative humidity should not exceed 75%, otherwise it will cause severe blistering of the paint film
When the temperature drops below 0 ℃, the curing reaction stops and outdoor construction is not suitable
This product must be cured for 7 days after coating before it can be delivered for use
Suitable for high-performance topcoats on high-end products such as large vehicles, train carriages, locomotive locomotives, yachts, ships, docks, bridges, machine tools, instruments, grain machinery, steel structures, or aluminum alloy surfaces.
